I got the light pink color bag and it is the perfect spring/summer color. It is still a small bag but has lots of space and it can be a dress up or down purse. I love that it comes with a cross body strap that you can attach to wear it as a more casual bag or the attached chain to wear it as a more fancy bag.

Awful company, disappointing customer service
Awful company. Very disappointing experience.
What made the situation even worse was the customer service. My payment was taken immediately, but the order process took several weeks with multiple delays, tracking issues, and confusing updates.
This bag I ordered never even arrived, yet customer service kept sending messages asking me to return items that had not been delivered. At the same time, my money was held for weeks and the refund process was extremely slow.
After multiple emails, the situation remained confusing and frustrating. I was never actually able to use the product, and the entire experience felt very poorly handled.
Because of this experience, I unfortunately lost the desire to purchase from this brand again.
