Amid the COVID19 pandemic
Amid the COVID19 pandemic, my sweater was finally delivered at my door by Canada Post 3 weeks after I placed my order on May 15. I sent an email to MK right after I purchased online re. my order, knowing that there would be a delay on the shipment. I had difficulties to get a hold of a CSR ever since; I finally got their attention via Instagram a week ago. The CSRs were apologetic about the delay of my order (which is out of their control) and handled my concerns very professionally afterwards. Good news is I got my order today. Excellent quality along with great customer service. My advices: deliveries may take longer than usual amid the pandemic but pls be patient and try to communicate with the MK CSRs. The CSRs whom I dealt with were very professional. Their professionalism and great customer services saved my loyalty and trust in MK. Thanks to the staff who commit to provide services to the community amid the pandemic. Stay safe.
