Love everything about this bag. The look is simple but elegant. It’s not bulky. Very comfortable when I carry it on my shoulder. Lots of room for my stuff. Affordable price for a branded bag.

Color Issue with Powder Blush
I have order full pink color [Powder Blush] but received white bag with pink handle. This repeated 2 times.
There is no Powder blush bag in the store it seems, otherwise how come they repeat the issue for 2 times and also, I just observed customers already mentioned this issue in review comments, but I thought it was by mistake one time but no, this is repeated and no apologies from customer service. They just ask me to return the item by going to the store or Canada post. It's an extra burden for their mistake. So, I choose to not to order this bag again.

Zipper on my purse is very cheap.it wont zip up .
The zipper on the purse is very cheap it wont zip all the way ive had to put Vaseline on the zipper to close
