Too bad customer service
Poor customer service they told me to send the bag which is under warranty to their service center in Quebec and then these people didn’t repair my bag and denied to send it back and refund me the gift card less than the money I have paid to buy that bag. They told me to pay the taxes even after they didn’t sent my bag back to me. So in easy words the product which was mine they didn’t sent me back but took the tax on that product. They just know how to steal money from people’s pocket nothing else.

Great for everyday use.
I have used this bag every single day for over one year. The bag has still managed to hold its structure extremely well. I have never had any issues with any zippers or seams. It accommodates quite a bit of my stuff including two large pouches, a large wallet, and all the useless stuff I think I might need one day but haven't really.The bag still looks new like it did when hubby bought it for me. I have been using Michael Kors for over 10 years now and this has to be my most favorite of all the MK bags I own.
