I do not recommend
I bought this bag as a gift for a loved one and it came defective, full of black spots/spots. It took me a while to notice the problem because I had packed it for a gift and I only noticed the problem when I went to give the gift.
I contacted the store claiming the warranty for manufacturing defect and they denied the exchange.
I really do not recommend this brand due to the low quality of the product and the poor customer service.

I received the purse ordered on schedule and in new condition.
Unfortunately, the zippier was not working. The bag can only be partly opened.
Instead of taking advantage of buying Michael Kors purse, I have to fill out forms and drive to designate store to return defective product.

This is the only crossbody bag you will need. Perfect for travel and shopping to carry your essentials with no bulk in a safe way. Bag front outside pocket is a bit stiff at first but easy to get in and out after few use. I only wish the strap was a little wider.
