Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do Not Purchase - Not Interchangable This watchband is not interchangeable with the Sofie Smartwatch chain band. It dosen't ship with a clasp and once attached to the watchface cannot be removed without assistance from the store. Unfortunately the bands are not available in store. So disappointed that I am unable to wear the watch and unable to remove the leather band. Customer Service was terrible and was unable to support my instore purchase of the smartwatch with the online purchase of the leather band. Michael Kohrs, should be Michael Kohrs regardless of orgin of purchase.
