So bummed out
I got the access watch for my bday, I wore for 1 hr before the screen glitched out. When I first called about the issue I was passed around for over an hr before one girl so rude hung up on me! I finally got through to a very helpful girl and am getting the replacement watch sent out but that will take up to 2 weeks. So disappointing, and now so nervous that this will Happen to the new watch too!

Battery life
I bought this watch a month ago, my first smart watch. I was very excited. I usually always buy Michael Kors watches as they are stylish. I love the look and feel of the watch however disappointed with the battery life. I have tried changing faces, tried keeping brightness on low but the watch is normally dead by the time I finish work at 5. If its for looks i do recommend however not if you actually want to use it.

Great Features
I like the watch but I'm disappointed that it drops the connection with my iPhone constantly. I love the many face choices!
