Too big
I have numerous Michael Kors shoes all in 9.5; I ordered these in 9.5 and they were too big. The heel part is weird without a real back, but still pretty cute. I sent them back.

Hurt my feet
It looks really nice. After 1 day wearing it my feet were too hurt, blisters.:( I cannot return since i wore it already.
