Is one of those bags that they are so convenience for any travel as a carry on. Besides the Manager at Michael Kors Sawgrass Mall in FLL is one customer service oriented.

Useless bag, a rip off!
The worst bag plus terrible quality, it is so rubbery like a child's bag. I decided to buy it because of the size when I viewed it online even though some earlier buyers gave bad reviews, I decided to take my chance and went ahead to order it and as soon as it was delivered, I realized I just wasted my money in the worst way possible, I wouldn't even but this bag at a thrift store for $10 yet Michael kors website sold it at an exorbitant rate of $145.99 and said it is a final sale, no returns, I should have suspected from there but I was optimistic only to get the bag and found out it is rubbish and the worst part, I cannot return it. I have learned my lesson, next time I am heading to the store to see and touch what I plan on spending my money on, not the one I see on Micheal kors website online because this is a rip off, useless bag! Deserves no star rating actually
