Poorly designed straps don't hold up for long
I have 3 of these bags, and they've been my favorite to carry by far. BUT, the straps have worn out on ALL of them. The stitching along the edges unravels, revealing a black piece of plastic-like trim and dangling threads. Replacement straps are impossible to find, so it's either carry a big with obviously worn straps, or retire the bag. Contacting MK for help is fruitless.

Horrible experience!
I ordered three of these totes in different colors. The version I received was different with much less pockets. It only had three pockets inside instead of eight. They keep showing the version with eight pockets inside, but that’s not what you receive. When I tried to contact Customer Service, they were totally unavailable and never responded to my emails either. The reviews section on their Facebook site are all scammers. Basically, Michael Kors has no customer service so if you order something, expect not to be able to get in touch with them. I wasn’t able to return the other two purses so I’m stuck with them!

Pretty practical tote
Love this bag. I got it in black with tan handles. This is probably the most practical MK tote I ever had. Unique handles, sturdy, 4 feet, lots of pockets inside out, still big room inside the bag. Nice pebble leather.
