Not a comfortable bag
This is a beautiful backpack, I was very happy when open the package, but when you hold it in your hand or put on your back, it felt stiff and very uncomfortable. I knew from all the bags shopping experience, I won't be using it, it'll just sit in the closet and collect dust, so for 1st time, I'm returning a bag I've purchased.
