Beautiful but disappointed
I normally don't leave reviews but wanted to express how I felt upon receiving this bag in the mail today. I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box. Don't get me wrong the bag was beautiful and great quality. However, upon opening the box the bag was just in a plastic ziploc bag. There was nothing else protecting it. No tissue paper, no protective foams, etc. When I pulled the bag out I immediately noticed a deep scratch on the gold clasp, two scratches, and a dent on the leather on the front side. The dust bag was also balled up inside the bag. I normally wouldn't be too disappointed by all this, but I had higher expectations. Especially when I've purchased many bags from Michael Kors that costs less than this. They all came in the mail packaged perfectly and very protected with tissue paper and protective foam wrappings on all the handles and hardwares. As well as stuffed with paper inside to keep the shape of the purse.

Disappointed
I was totally disappointed with the presentation of the Bancroft bag from the Michael Kors Collection that I received. The bag arrived in a plastic zip lock bag with the dust bag balled up and stuffed inside the bag that clearly wasn't the dust bag for the bag i purchased. The bag itself was nice but just a little too small for me.

Beautiful bag!
I just received my bag today as promised. I was excited to open it and disappointed at the same time. when I opened the box, only thing between the box and the bag was a just plastic bag. the plastic was dirty and the handbag wasn't even wrapped with tissues. And the handbag was wrinkled around the handle. As if someone opened and shoved it back and the dust bag was all wrinkled not fold it nicely. I would have thought that packaging would be more nicer. It seems this was returned and they send me the returned item.
As for the handbag , it's beautiful and I love it. But I think I'm going to return it.

Quality through and through
This is my second Bancroft medium satchel. The size is perfect, the style is timeless, and the quality is exceptional. Haven't seen anyone else with this bag except in celebrity advertizments. Looking forward to finding my next color to add to my collection!!
