extremely narrow could not even zip up half way and I never wore them outside they are still in the plastic bag and are stuffed with cardboard just the way they came. Michael kors will not give me a refund at all and these boots were expensive. Be careful purchasing from them. They will not refund you no matter what.

Return Process Awful If Paid with Paypal
First of all, the quality of these boots is excellent. However, they are not made for shorter women as they come up much too high. So, when I went to return the boots, I went to the store to return the boots since this is possible with every other purchase made online. There they told me to download this code and go to the UPS store and they would scan it to return it. So off we went but at UPS they said it was the wrong code, so we had to go back to the store. I did try to call customer service, but it is impossible to get a live person to help with a return. Thankfully the second time at the store we learned if you pay through Paypal, which at Christmas we always do since it offers great protections, they cannot return anything in the store. We downloaded yet another code and went back to UPS. Now I know not to order from here since I am only 5 foot 2 but also just not impressed with the lack of customer service. The fact we could not get help on the phone or via chat was not helpful at all.

I absolutely LOVE my boots!!! I've worn them with skirts and jeans.i have never had them on and not received at least one complement durring the day. Great purchase.
