Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. The shoes arrived looking used and damaged. After spending over an hour trying to resolve the issue, I was offered only a 20 percent refund of 10 dollars 90 cents to keep the shoes. Returning them would have required me to pay about 20 dollars for an Uber to take the package to UPS. I have been a loyal customer for years and expected much better from Michael Kors. Very disappointing experience.
