After ordering this as a gift for a co worker, I was informed long after that it was not available and they refunded me my money no call or sincere apology just like it was another day for them to not have an item but still let you purchase it. I was looking forward to getting her something and planed to spend money on something I knew she would love only to be disappointed with an email forever later saying welp we don’t have it sorry for waisting your time... neat-less to say I was un-impressed and she did not get the gift I would have liked her to have or a gift at the time it was suppose to be given. I would give zeros if it would allow me to. I have never had this issue just going into the micheal kors store it seems like the online production staff needs to get it together
