Poor customer service
I ordered the Wallet but never received . Got an email 2 weeks later saying my ordered was returned. I called customer service for assistance to resolve the issue. Tried to reorder . The agent said my card was declined only for a charge to be on my account saying it was . Asked to speak To a supervisor only to be told no one was available and I should get a call . Stil haven’t heard anything

First Cruise with Smart Wallet!
We’re about to go on my first cruise ever! Husband is a 20 year Navy Veteran. He’s done some a few cruises. Haha! I bought this Smartphone wallet to hold all I/we need for port excursions. It holds my phone, cards (ID, insurance, credit) cash, and passports! I’ve still got room in it! It’s sleek and beautiful. The wristlet band is great. A travel must.

I can’t give it a bad rating because it’s exactly as described. However, it makes for getting your credit cards, ID out of the slots if you have other things in there. I don’t even put my phone in it but it would fit. I don’t have much in there, just hard to get my cards out.
