Rated 2 out of 5 by from Minor scratch on the face AND the battery is DEAD I purchased the watch for my son, for Christmas. He chose this particular watch, send me the link where all I did was purchase it on your website. My son has been deployed, on a Navy ship and just got home. He opened his Christmas gift and it didn't work. He has not worn it! He felt bad to tell me it wasn't working until last night! Given the price of the watch, not only am I upset, but hurt because the one thing he asked for specificly, doesn't work. Please tell me what I can do at this point to make it right for him.
