I was disappointed with how the bag arrived with no outer cardboard around the lock or tissue paper on the outside, also no foam wrapping around the handle or connecting strap, but still overall arrived in good condition. A few surface marks that were easily rubbed out with leather moisturizer. I will say that for those having issues with the lock if you notice the small silver block in the middle of latch section, squeeze the sides to disengage the lock before pressing it closed.
