Broken zipper
I love the bag, but the zipper broke in less than a month. It’s totally stuck and will not close. I did send a message to Michael Kors, but I have not heard anything in reply.

Love this bag!
Beautiful bag, perfect amount of room and the straps are the perfect length as well. It’s comfortable to wear for long periods and I am so happy I chose this design. Only thing that I was slightly bothered by (and I should not have assumed) is that the bag is not leather. Despite that, it does feel like very high quality compared to other non-leather bags I have owned. For the price, I was fully expecting leather but I am happy regardless. I hope it holds up over time, I have been using it since I got it every day for over a month and it is still looking great with no damage or scratches.
