Positives: Love the size, the included MK tablet zippered sleeve and the gold hardware
Negatives: The zipper into the main area is hard to do/undo and gets stuck easily, the backpack straps loosen often - would have preferred buckle closures. Not sure if I like the boxy look of the small exterior pocket but it is handy for glasses and a phone.
