Disappointed customer
I can’t review something that I never received. I purchased those sneakers. Money taken out of my account instantly. Was so excited. Purchased for my birthday. The next week waiting patiently for sneakers. Received an email saying my order was cancelled because unavailable. I was so disappointed. Then 2 weeks later I get on the website and those same sneakers and size 9 was showing as available but $10.00 higher. I decided to call to see if they were available. The person on the phone told me that 1 was available but I couldn’t order them because of that. I told her my situation of the previous order. She was more interested in getting a transaction than trying to support my needs.
