Terrible
MK has terrible customer service, I ordered these shoes for a trip for 2 day delivery, paying $20 more for the delivery. They missed the delivery timeline and refused to make it up by doing a one day delivery!!! The customer service representative is terrible, not helpful and kept me on hold for a long time!!!

The Most Comfortable and Stylish Sneaker
I purchased this sneaker in one color and loved it so much, I ordered another color!. I am not a sneaker person, but Michael Kors are so stylish and comfortable I had to have these. This is my third MK sneaker and I have another one on the way. I need the extra cushion and support because I have narrow, bony feet and wanted a casual shoe but with some style. These fit the bill and I may go back for more colors!
