Rated 1 out of 5 by from This Awesome Shoe Literally has an Achilles Heel. I instantly fell in Love with this shoe so I ordered a pair online. On my trial run with this shoe... I ran into a problem with the quality of this product...when I went to lace the shoe up...there is a plastic piece that you lace the shoe string through and when I went to tighten the laces the plastic piece popped out of it hole. I tried to pop the plastic piece back into it’s hole but the piece would NOT stay connected and it popped out again...sadly I returned the shoe to Macy’s. I then found the same shoe from another source for less money, ordered the exact same shoe and wouldn’t you know it...the same thing happened...that plastic piece popped off and again I could NOT secure the plastic piece that broke off. I brought the shoe back to the other source and told them my story and I stressed to the Manager that there is a “QUALITY CONTROL PROBLEM” with this shoe and that Corporate should be told of the issue with this shoe. Don’t waste your time with this product!
