Cheap “knockoff” feel.
I have been a Michael Kors fan since my husband brought home a present for me about seven years ago. A very large Michael Kors wallet and a MK leather purse from Dillards. I loved it! The quality was exceptional. Apparently, things have gone downhill, quickly. Now, monogramming the purse that I’ve never felt, seems like a marketing scheme so that I couldn’t return it. I’ve enjoyed several quality Michael Kors purses, a wonderful clutch and a very large wallet. But, now I will never buy a Michael Kors product again because of how my most recent online purchase was handled. Perhaps, I need to step up with Prada. The purse that I received doesn’t resemble the product description. The product description said that it was made of leather. When I received the purse, it had booklet inside that reads that it is made of leather and gives instructions for leather care. This purse definitely feels cheap and definitely is not leather. Even the handles feel cheap. When I contacted customer support, they informed me that this purse is made of polyester and canvas. It is dishonest and bad business practice to market it as a leather purse in the description. When I received it, I immediately felt like I have been sold a knock off or a product that had gone wrong in production. Are you unethically attempting to pawn off a cheaply made product by offering a monogram so that this garbage product is unreturnable? This is bad business practice and it is dishonest. Even the packet that was in the purse when I received it, stated that it is “made from leather, tanned and dyed”. I found out when I called customer service that is made of 90% polyester and canvas. Please be honest in your description. Do not label it as leather if it is 90% polyester and canvas. I was expecting a wonderful leather bag and I received a very stiff and cheaply made purse that looks like a knock off.

Perfect size and beautiful color
I bought it in oregano color one week ago. The green color is beautiful and the size is perfect for me not too big not too small and a lot of room . Also the handle is adjustable and extended and drop to 10" so, I don't need to use the strap . Happy with my new purse!!!
