Pretty shoes but they sent me dirty used shoes and customer service is awful!
They sent me used and gross shoes! Completely unacceptable. The shoes are so pretty but they sent me shoes that were clearly used and dirty - they had a gross residue inside the shoe and they had white powder on them. Customer service was no help, they didn’t even apologize! I wanted to exchange the shoes because they are pretty and they said I had to wait to be refunded after shipping the nasty shoes back and then order a new pair because they don’t do exchanges. Such a shame because the shoes are pretty but completely unacceptable that the shoes were used and dirty and gross. I was willing to do an exchange because the shoes are really pretty but ended up returning because they wouldn’t even guarantee the new pair would be brand new. Just completely awful experience and will not shop here again.

Great sexy shoe
These are fantastic and comfortable. They have a wider toe area so no rubbing. I wore them for the first time for 5 hours straight and stood for 2 of hours. Fantastic and true to size.

Cute but gave me horrible blisters
True to size and cute as can be. I haven’t had blisters from heels in as long as I can remember. These gave me blisters on both feet!
