When I put my foot into the boot I felt a sharp pain in my heel. A tiny nail was left in the back heel of the boot and cut my heel.i sent emails to customer service with no reply before writing this review. Hopefully this was a rare incident but to a diabetic a open wound on the foot can come with complications so just be mindful when trying on.
