Horrible Customer Service at South Park location
Product is nice, but customer service, especially at the store, was horrible. Cameron at Sourh Park (employee #865791), provided horrible customer service. I simply wanted to exchange a small bag for a different color, but because they didn’t have it in stock, he said they would have to process a full refund and have me purchase it again. I was fine with that, but because it was past 30 days, he wouldn’t make an exception.
And he made me feel that my satisfaction was not a priority at all. As a matter of fact, he spoke in a condescending manner and.that alone would prevent me from buying again.
