1st time buyer and having worse experience with Michael Kors and their customer service
I am first time buyer. Somehow the apartment number in my shipping address was incorrect even the billing address was correct. Don't know how it happened. I called many times to customer service and they told me that they will notify to carrier (UPS) with my correct apartment number. But it's not happened. Now I don't know if I will get my package or not. Worse experience.
