Bag awesome, customer support disappointing
My bag is beautiful and caught it on sale which was awesome. Honestly the bag deserves 5 stars but I put 3 because the bag didn’t come with the dust bag as every Michael Kors bag I own has come with. When I called customer support they told me the bags don’t come with it and never did but they are for sale if I wanted to purchase it. I explained I’ve always gotten a dust bag with my orders or in store purchases. Fast fwd to me going to the outlet to buy a pair of shoes. I asked the cashier who informed me and showed me via the website that the bags that do not include the dust bag it actually shows in the description that no dust bag is included. She stated if it does not mention that then it will come with the dust bag. She suggested I email customer support and explain that so they can ship me a dust bag free. I did that and still haven’t received a response, hence why I am only giving the 3 stars since they shorted me on my protective covering on such a nice quality item. Disappointing when this is my favorite brand
