No help from customer service
I love the shoe but ordered the wrong size. I called customer service to exchange it for another size and they were not able to exchange my shoe over the phone and their were no stores that carried the size I needed. They wanted me to send back the shoe and reorder paying original price instead of the sale price I originally paid.

Comfortable.
