Loafers shoes are lovely and confortable but the size runs slightly big. I will have to buy either insole or pads for the hill to make it fit.

Could not return to exchange tried calling customer service was left on that call for hours!
Could not return to exchange tried calling customer service was left on that call for hours! No one came had this loud obnoxious music playing. I created an account and it was not letting me log into the account. Everything is a disaster!! Anyone thinking about buying online don’t just go in person it seems like might have a better experience then I had with online shopping.
