I love this skirt - I purchased both the top and skirt. It's definitely for a special occasion, but you could easily split the pieces and dress them down for a more "casual" look but still fun for going out. Both pieces are true to size and fit great. I ordered the 00 in both. I'm 4' 11" and 95 lbs for reference.
