I purchased this bag in brown when it was on sale. I was thrilled to get such a nice bag at a great price. However, the item I received appeared to be a returned product, as it didn’t even have a tag. It was packed in a plastic bag without any protection, which is not up to the standard of Michael Kors products I’ve ordered before.
I am extremely disappointed and have decided to return the bag. When I called my local store, I was informed that online orders without tags cannot be returned in-store. As a result, I mailed it back using the original packaging. I hope the return process goes smoothly as it should.

Love it!
Bought it on sale and am so happy with it. It looks and feels very nice for the price. It's actually much nicer than 90% of their current bags. The leather on the Colby just seems much thicker and more supple.

Not satisfied
I purchased this bag less than 60 days ago. The stitching is coming undone on the main strap. Seems like the quality isn’t the same with Michael Kors bags. I tried to go to the store for assistance and got no help.
