Straps too long
This is a very cute mini backpack however the straps were too long for me even thought i did put it at the shortest one. With the straps being too long i was not able to wear this cutie as a backpack. I wore as a crossbody instead.

On the fence - wish I read the reviews.
I ordered this in the beautiful geranium color.
Bag looks great. HOWEVER, the straps are waaaay too long. I’m 5’1 and on the shortest hole, bag hangs down to my butt. Thinking about having a few extra holes put into the strap. But honestly, I’m a little nervous. I shouldn’t have to modify the bag. IDK what MK was thinking when this bag was designed. Most of the reviews mentioned the strap issue. So just keep that in mind.

Cute and great quality but really long straps
I bought the light model version of this bag and it's very cute - good quality materials, looks as pictured, metal parts are very shiny, and the size is as described.
The only problem is that the straps are super long. I'm 5'4 and the bag reaches my bottom with the shortest hole. They should have created more holes for adjustment, especially since the model is pictured wearing the bag with short straps. I don't think the provided holes would suit most women.

Sent me a store floor model
I bought this as a gift and to my surprise MK sent me a store floor model one. There were no original factory sealed wrapping, and all the tags were already cut. How can you send a floor model to a customer like this? All inventory suppose to be factory new. Expected more from MK. Letdown understatement. Bag itself looks as described, only less vibrant in color. Color in photos are enhanced.

Cutest bag ever
Honestly really in love with this backpack. I'm obsessed with minis and this one can carry a good amount of the things if packed well enough. My only issue are the straps being too long. I'm about 5'3 and when adjusting it, it reaches just below my waist. I wish there were more holes on the strap to have at the length the model shows on the photo.
