A classy must have coat
I purchased this coat in the camel colour. It fits big so I ordered size S (I'm typically an M). The small still gives me room to wear a sweater under it. It's a beautiful coat, soft, comfortable and a "classic" must have. Unfortunately it is not lined (which they state) - this isn't a problem as the wool is so soft and slides on, unless you are wearing a thicker sweater or corduroy. I still give it 5 stars.

Exchange Policy
I purchased this coat and it was too big for me. I tried to exchange to a smaller size and was told it was purchased as final sale and they couldn’t help me, but offered for me to buy another coat in my size. Seriously very poor customer service.

The Angelic Closet
Sizing is bigger than expected. Could have been lined - would have made for a better jacket. I ordered a smaller size and still waiting for it ...hoping it will make a difference. The colour is nice but thought it was going to be a bit bluer.
