Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing first experience I ordered a pair of the shearling slippers during the Black Friday sale a few weeks ago. My payment was processed and I received an order confirmation email immediately after. However, several days went by and I didn’t receive an email indicating the item had been shipped. Instead I received a message that they wouldn’t be able to complete my order and so they would refund my purchase. If the item was unavailable, this should have been made clear earlier in the process - not 5 days after purchasing it. By the time I found out the item was no longer available, the Black Friday sale was over and I didn’t have any opportunity to order a different colour or a different item. Overall, it was a disappointing first experience shopping at Michael Kors.
