Online order came misshapen
I ordered online and my product came deformed in shape on the side panel. It's a nice handbag, but since the side panels stick out unevenly (I cant figure out if it was stored improperly before being sold or if its a craftsmanship error) it looks older than brand new being only used twice. I've used it twice and I'm not sure how many times I'll use it again. It would have made a great staple bag since the leather is soft and, if not misshapen, would have a clean and classic shape.

Purse ok, clasp is horrible
The purse itself is nice but the clasp is horrible. I have to use both my hands to open & close it even then it’s still tricky. Had I had the opportunity to try it before buying it I wouldn’t have bought it. I also find that the material marks easily. Overall not happy.

Lovely Bag
Great structure and shape that sits up on its own. Good build quality and texture. The clasp is sometimes a nuisance to shut but easy to open.
A bit on the smaller end of purses if you’re use to shoulder bags, but has lots of room for essentials and a good amount of pockets and zips to organize them, along with a hidden pocket on the back of the bag. The metal scrapes easily as I learnt the hard way, as the metal face on my bag needs to be replaced after a fall.
I’d buy this bag again/for a friend 100%
