Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst quality ever Finger thing to help wear the shoe broke after the first use. I contacted customer service who seemed to have ignored the content of my email. Contacted them again for the 3rd time and received a 10%. I've had them for 3-4 weeks now and many parts of the shoes are breaking. The quality is mediocre. To be honest, I'm surprised that a brand like Michael Kors makes and sell products of such poor quality... I'm going to call now and request a full refund.
