Did not receive the purse I wanted.
Item was available online. I purchased it excited. Two days later I was refunded and emailed my bag is out of stock.

Sent a request to review bag I never received!
MK Customer Service and policies stink. 3 years ago MK Canada forced me to take a gift card rather than refund when I brought back a faulty bag they couldn't adequately repair.
I finally try to use the gift card on the website to buy 2 bags, for which I had confirmed orders. 5 days later I receive notices that there was insufficient stock and they're refunding me in the form of more gift cards. Now I have 3 gift cards to keep track of. Not impressed.

Extremely Disappointed!
Disappointed with your quality of material for this purse. The first time using this purse a couple of silver detailing strap pieces fell off. Now all but two silver detailing pieces have fallen off!! Would NOT recommend this purse to anyone!!
