Never again
I bought these wore them once outside feet were soaked, complained and was basically told too bad, might be able to return thru warranty but not likely, I will never purchase anything from Kors again and it hurts because I love their product but burnt once was enough

great boots but too big
I'm surprised another reviewer said they ran small..I found the opposite and had to return them. I usually take 61/2-7 in MK and these 7s were too big, by heel came up in the back and there was almost an inch at the end of my big toe. Going to order the 6 and hope for the best. They returned them no charge, no problem for me, not sure why the other reviewer said differently.

Nice but small
These boots are beautiful but they fit very small. I'm a size 10 and I could not get my foot in and they can't be returned. SIZE UP
