The bag is the perfect size. Neither too big nor too small. Its sturdy and thick. And roomy.

Cute but stiff and shiny
I was looking for a white backpack and liked the look and size of this one. Upon receiving the item, I was a little disappointed with a couple things. Firstly, the online photo did not showcase that the straps were a space silver and it looked white. Secondly, the bag itself is quite stiff and difficult to access the front pocket when the bag is full. I'm hoping that it will soften up with use. I also wish it had more pockets. Overall, it's ok. I'm stuck with is, so need to make the best of it.
