This bag is so beautiful, but just way too large for everyday use. I wish MK would make a smaller size of this exact same bag!

I bought a similar one in black as a gift. Everything sinks to the bottom and becomes saggy. Very uncomfortable to carry and looks ugly. Definitely not ideal for a laptop or anything. Looks good when empty. I wasn't able to get a refund because I had passed the 30 day period. Bad quality and customer service. At least get it from a department store so you have more options in case there are issues. Never ever buying this brand.
