Perfect size
This bag is absolutely perfect. It is large enough to hold all of my essentials yet small enough not to be bulky or overly heavy. It fits so comfortably on my shoulder and I just love the colour and grain and texture of the fabric/canvas. It’s a soft pink and the gold hardware is exquisite. My new favourite bag!

I really wanted to love this handbag
Perfect size. I don’t like large handbags as I tend to put more stuff in them and they become heavy. I really wanted to love this purse, but unfortunately I hated the fabric. It felt cheap and plastic like. My 21 y/o daughter said if there wasn’t a Michael Kors label on it, she would have thought I would bought it at Walmart. I would have been happy to pay more for the purse if the fabric was genuine leather. Please make this handbag in a better quality fabric. I would definitely buy it in multiple colours if you do. I keep looking for a great handbag on the non-outlet side, but most of the them are too big or have fringes and other stuff hanging from it. I would love a classic black and tan leather Michael Kors handbag that isn’t big.

Lack luster customer service
Overall not the greatest service I've received. Walked in and yes was greeted by a saleslady, then left to check out other stores, but came back within 30 min and no one greeted me, nor remembered I had just come in 30 min ago. Then I stood at the till to pay and no one was there. Still took awhile for sales associate to register that yes I WAS a paying customer and no, no one help me.... Sad the way customer service has really gone down hill these days.
