The watch inself is ok, but not the service I got
Terrible experience: the shipment was a month late, I couldn't get a refund, even though I called for it three times. MC representatives kept transferring me over and over and over... Asking me to call in 3 days (I did), to call tomorrow (I did) to call again in three days and so on. Had to call Canada post to open a ticket to find this watch, wasted so much of my time on this. In the end - no refund, no apology, but at least Canada post found it almost after a month. Super upset even though I got this watch.
