The bag arrived in less than a week (was really happy with this). When I opened the box I noticed that I received the wrong bag. Instead of the full leather bag in Ballet, I received the leather/suede bag. I wrote to the Customer Service team twice and tried to connect with them via Twitter and never received a reply. My outreach was to find out how I could get the bag exchanged for the one I ordered for the sale price I paid. I eventually just returned the bag. I must say that I am surprised at the level of customer service I received and will probably not order items online again.
