I was so surprise, because I was returned the bag with some visible defects in front side.Then they send to me after 1 week same bag for my new order. This is really cheat to me from your company. I was bought so many products from michael kors before . I think your company doing like this thing for all customers. I will return this bag again . I tried to call customer Service they did’t answer the phone. I was waited every time more than one hour. Even I send e- mail , but still they did't reply for my inquiry.
