My order was cancelled a week later due to “unavailability,” yet the item was still listed for sale on the website, and customer service insisted it was out of stock. This was extremely frustrating, especially since it was meant to be a Christmas gift for my mom, who was excited and then deeply disappointed. To make matters worse, the customer service agent offered no resolution, making the entire experience very disappointing.
