Annoying customer service!!! And deceiving advertisement.
This looks good, hopefully in person too, I have not received it yet thats why. But I thought the price is good as it says there, 80% off $558.. the just below it, says EXTRA 20% off, price as marked. When you calculate it, the price of $111.60 is only the 80%. Nowhere it reflects somewhere the EXTRA 20% off. So I chatted online, and GLENNY was the customer service who instead help supposedly, she annoyed me instead. I told him/her about my concern but instead told me that 20% is already there. And telling me to check terms and conditions. He/she was telling me that about the previous price that that is not even shown there somewhere. And then showed me her own purchase. What do I have to do with his/her own purchase? When I ask for a manager she/he said there isnt any and told me to call their number. WHAT A CUSTOMER SERVICE IT IS INDEED!
