Lovely bag
It is an amazing bag! It was a gift from a friend, they delivered it right on time. Only thing disappointing was, i had requested it to be monogrammed, as it was a birthday gift and O wanted my friends initials. It showed till I checked out, that the monogram os there, however when it was delivered there was nothing. I know it isn't a big deal but would have appreciated if they could have either removed that option or atleast sent an email about it.
