Inaccurate description
Odd sizing. Description was d8fferemt than product, missing vest in shipping, customer service agent lack of knowledge as CSR asked to email concerns and response was to return product.

Zipper issue
My issue here is the zipper, when you pull the zipper it somehow eats a portion of the coat make it difficult to zip. They should put some extra allowance next time to avoid it to happen.
